A new model drawn from your sketch, a stock plan or a home you have built before, with the engineering coordinated by us. Once it's drawn, every later lot is a $1,200 repeat plan.

What do you need from me to start a repeat plan?
The lot address, the survey, and the plan you want to build. If we drew the plan, we already have the files. If someone else drew it, send the PDFs and we will confirm whether we can fit it.
Is the engineer included?
Yes, for repeat plans the engineer's re-seal is arranged and paid by us inside the $1,200. For new plans we coordinate the engineer and quote the seal with the plan.
Do you pull permits or act as the contractor?
No. Design and Build Advisors designs homes and coordinates engineering. We do not act as a contractor, bid on construction or pull permits.
